|Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is known as the 'Householders' yoga, meaning that it is suitable for everyone irrespective of their flexibility, strength or stamina. Kundalini yoga helps to quickly build all of these amongst other things such as concentration, memory, breath control and focus.

|Our aim is to inspire and encourage all our pupils, whatever their age, in their love of dance, from absolute beginners to those who have been dancing for many years. LJ Dance offers classes in Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) ballet and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) tap and modern as well as street dance and Zumba. Pupil ages range from 3 to adult.
